We prepare children from different races and ethnic groups to use the materials in their environment to gain knowledge, respect one another, and develop the child’s whole being from 2½ – 6 years.
About Us
Location
St. Elizabeth Montessori Nursery School is located in Kwale County, Msambweni Sub-County in the Diani Ukunda Zone.
Foundation
The school was founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Archdiocese of Mombasa.
Donation
A German benefactor named Elizabeth donated the school to support holistic child development.
Opening – 3 May 2024
The school opened under Sr. Margaret Mkaikamba with one learner.
Growth
By the end of the first year enrollment increased to four learners.
Facilities
The campus includes classrooms, offices, kitchen, store, borehole, water tanks and solar panels.
Transport
Two buses are available to assist with student transportation.
Future Plans
The school plans to expand to accommodate learners from Grade One to Grade Six.
