About Abrahams Education Center

Abrahams Education Center is located within the same compound as the Grandsons of Abraham Rescue Center in Kikambala.

Our Foundation

It was established to provide formal education to rescued street boys who faced challenges integrating into mainstream schools due to stigma and academic gaps. Founded in 2007 by Sr. Jane Frances Kamanthe and Sr. Annet Wanza, the center was created to restore dignity, hope, and opportunity through education.

Early Volunteers & Support

A dedicated group of volunteers from the United Kingdom played a key role in the establishment of the school. They contributed by teaching different subjects and providing essential learning materials. Their generosity laid a strong foundation for the center’s growth. Though no longer present, their impact is deeply appreciated and remembered with gratitude.
